  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and execute on potential deals.
  4. Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  5. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  6. Participate in due diligence processes for potential partnerships and investments.
  7. Maintain and update databases and documents related to corporate development activities.
  8. Communicate with external parties, including potential partners and investment targets, in a professional and effective manner.
  9. Contribute to the overall strategic vision and direction of the company.
