Job Description

Are you an experienced Customer Success Manager looking for an opportunity to make an impact? PayPal is looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual to join our team to help ensure our customers’ success.In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, building and maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving customer success. You will lead customer onboarding and product adoption initiatives, develop customized success plans, and identify customer needs and potential areas of improvement.We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, and is comfortable working with data to drive insights. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer service, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.If you are excited by the prospect of working at an industry-leading company and making an impact on our customers’ success, we look forward to hearing from you.
