Job Description

Partner with leadership and PMO to create operating plan, goals and objectives, aligned with company’s strategic direction and priorities. Enable transparent reporting. Build culture of data-driven decision-making by defining key metrics, reporting and evaluating their progress. Align workforce allocation according to strategic priorities and executed within Workforce Planning. Provide requirements to Workforce Planning for analysis against strategic initiatives to allow decision-making. Facilitate operating cadences such as staff meetings, operational reviews, leadership offsites, AMAs as required. Develop messaging, ranging from internal communications to presentations. Partner/ align with cross-functional organizations such as PMO, Finance, HR, Talent Management. Includes budget enablement through partnership with Finance.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering projects or programs

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning, business operations or project management

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to work effectively with all organization levels
