
Manager, Customer Success Management
If you are passionate about customer service and have a knack for problem-solving, we have an opening for a Manager of Customer Success Management at PayPal. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to help ensure our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. You will work collaboratively to develop customer success plans, ensure customer retention and satisfaction, and work with our customer service team to resolve customer issues.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong customer service background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to think strategically. You should also be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively. A deep understanding of PayPal’s services and products and experience managing customer success teams is preferred.
