Manager, IT Vendor Management

We’re excited to be looking for a Manager, IT Vendor Management to join our team at PayPal! We’re looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about technology and vendor management and will be responsible for understanding, assessing, and managing the relationships between PayPal and its vendors. This individual will also be responsible for developing and managing the contract processes to ensure vendor compliance with PayPal’s policies and procedures.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of the IT field, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successful vendor relationships. They must also have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, and be able to identify risks in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage contract processes to ensure vendor compliance with PayPal’s policies and procedures
2. Understand, assess, and manage the relationships between PayPal and its vendors
3. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
4. Identify risks associated with vendors in a timely manner
5. Monitor vendor performance and ensure vendor compliance
6. Create and maintain vendor performance reports
7. Develop and implement strategies to optimize vendor relationships
8. Ensure vendor fees are accurate and up to date
9. Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to vendor management
10. Provide guidance to team members on vendor management processes and procedures
