The Senior Global Benefits Manager role requires a minimum of 7 years of benefits management experience, preferably in a global environment. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, as well as a thorough understanding of global employee benefits and current trends in the industry. Knowledge of the US benefits landscape is essential.
