We're looking for a dynamic Senior Global Benefits Manager to join the PayPal team! This role will be critical in leading our global benefits strategy, ensuring that our team is provided with a competitive, cost-effective benefits program. The successful candidate will have a passion for developing and delivering innovative, comprehensive, and competitive benefits programs and have a strong understanding of global benefits, international regulations, and compliance.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role in a global organization, with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. The Senior Global Benefits Manager must have an in-depth knowledge of global benefits and labor laws and regulations, and demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.If you have a passion for developing and delivering global benefits and the qualifications to match, we'd love to hear from you!
