- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Construction Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Center Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Safety Protocols.
Excellent Project Management Skills, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Resource Allocation.
Experience With Managing A Diverse Team Of Subcontractors And Workers, And Ensuring Quality Control Throughout The Construction Process.
