- Assist with on-site project management tasks, including reviewing plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project plans and schedules.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is being completed according to specifications and quality standards.
- Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate schedules and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, photos, and progress updates.
- Assist with cost tracking and budget management for projects.
- Identify and troubleshoot potential issues or delays on the job site.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Learn and apply industry best practices and safety standards.
- Proactively seek opportunities to learn and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of construction.

Strong Technical Skills: Field Engineer Interns Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Construction Principles, Methods, And Techniques. This Includes Knowledge Of Building Codes, Design Plans, And Construction Materials.
Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints: As A Field Engineer Intern, It Is Essential To Have The Ability To Read And Interpret Construction Blueprints Accurately. This Skill Ensures That Construction Activities Are Conducted According To The Project Specifications.
Excellent Communication Skills: Field Engineer Interns Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Interact With Project Managers, Contractors, And Other Team Members Effectively. This Includes Verbal, Written, And Interpersonal Skills.
