- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and create new opportunities for the company
- Identify potential clients and markets, and conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and generate leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and project management to develop comprehensive business proposals and presentations
- Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential clients to secure new business opportunities
- Monitor and track market and industry developments, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management
- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and track progress of business development efforts
- Analyze and report on business development metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Mentor and lead a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Business Development Or Sales Within The Construction Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Maintaining Client Relationships.
Strong Understanding Of Construction Market Trends And Ability To Identify New Business Opportunities.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Pitch Proposals To Potential Clients.
