As a Barista at Peet's, you will be responsible for creating and serving our delicious beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and connecting with our customers through personalized service. 1. Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to customers in a timely manner.
2. Ensure all beverages are made to Peet's Coffee standards and recipes.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work station, including proper storage and rotation of supplies.
4. Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
6. Educate customers on our products and make personalized recommendations.
7. Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including cleaning and performing routine maintenance.
8. Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
10. Continuously learn and stay updated on new coffee offerings and promotions.
11. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
12. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
