- Conduct regular quality control checks on all products, including coffee beans, ground coffee, and brewed coffee, to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and consistency.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain consistency in product quality.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and troubleshoot potential quality issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities.
- Communicate any quality concerns or issues to management and work towards finding solutions.
- Train new employees on quality control procedures and ensure that all staff members are adhering to them.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct sensory evaluations of coffee products and provide feedback to the production team.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure the highest quality beans are being sourced.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control methods.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new product lines, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure the quality of our products is effectively communicated to customers.

Bachelor's Degree In Food Science, Chemistry, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Quality Control Within The Food And Beverage Industry.
Knowledge Of Industry Quality Standards And Regulations, Such As Fda And Haccp.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
