- Develop and implement strategic plans for the improvement and maintenance of retail operations systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of new systems and processes.
- Collaborate with various departments, including IT, finance, and operations, to identify and prioritize system needs and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all system updates and changes.
- Monitor and analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and support store employees on the proper usage and functionality of retail operations systems.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency of data within systems.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in retail operations systems to make informed recommendations for system improvements.
- Prepare and present reports and updates to senior management on system performance and progress.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges with retail operations systems and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for system upgrades and maintenance.
- Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for retail operations systems.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication within the team and across departments.
- Continuously evaluate and refine processes to optimize system functionality and improve overall retail operations.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Or Program Management, Preferably In The Retail Or Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations Systems, Including Point Of Sale, Inventory Management, And Supply Chain.
Experience Managing Large-Scale System Implementations And Upgrades, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
