Responsibilities:

1. Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
2. Educate customers on our coffee products and offerings.
3. Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the brewing equipment and service areas.
5. Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
6. Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
7. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and team members.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of service.
9. Address any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
10. Continuously seek to improve customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service.
11. Stay up-to-date on new products and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
13. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
