1. Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the store.
2. Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, taking orders, and making recommendations.
3. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
4. Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
5. Operating the cash register and handling financial transactions accurately.
6. Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
7. Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and co-workers.
8. Demonstrating a strong knowledge of Peet's Coffee products and being able to accurately describe them to customers.
9. Upselling and promoting new products and promotions to customers.
10. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
11. Continuously learning about new coffee trends and staying updated on company policies and procedures.
12. Assisting with inventory management and restocking products as needed.
13. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
14. Providing support to team members and assisting with tasks as needed.
