Team Member (Barista)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Team Member (Barista) to join the team at Peet's Coffee! As a Team Member, you will play an integral role in providing excellent customer service and creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for our guests. To be successful in this role, you should be a team player with excellent communication skills and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: • Greet customers and provide them with excellent customer service • Operate cash registers, coffee machines, and other equipment • Prepare coffee drinks and other beverages according to established recipes • Ensure accuracy when taking orders and entering them into the point of sale system • Ensure that all orders are prepared timely and accurately • Maintain a clean and organized workspace • Follow all health and safety guidelines • Assist with stocking and restocking of supplies as needed • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and work areas • Respond to customer complaints in a professional and timely manner • Monitor inventory and place orders for supplies as needed • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
