Team Member (Barista)

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of barista experience, a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques, and an enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks, in accordance with Peet's Coffee standards.
2. Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service.
3. Ensure that all customers are satisfied and their orders are correct.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure that all safety and sanitation standards are met.
5. Assist in stocking and restocking of all items needed for coffee service.
6. Accurately process customer transactions.
7. Follow company policies and procedures.
8. Assist with the training and development of new Team Members.
9. Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
10. Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on all Peet's Coffee products, services, and promotions.
