Team Member (Barista)

Peet's Coffee is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Member (Barista) to join our team! As a Team Member, you will be an integral part of our store operations and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.To be successful in this role, you must have an outgoing and friendly personality and a willingness to learn. Previous experience working in a coffee shop is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate must also have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multi-task, and have a strong attention to detail.We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and providing an unforgettable customer experience. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide friendly customer service
2. Prepare and serve coffee drinks, tea, and other beverages
3. Take orders accurately and process payments quickly and efficiently
4. Maintain cleanliness of the shop, equipment, and utensils
5. Stock supplies and restock inventory
6. Follow all food safety guidelines
7. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
8. Learn and utilize knowledge of Peet's Coffee menu items
9. Provide excellent customer service to all customers
10. Keep up-to-date on all new products and promotions
