- Develop and execute strategic plans for national accounts to achieve sales growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national account partners.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional plans.
- Work closely with authors and publishers to ensure the success of their books in the marketplace.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop action plans.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with national accounts to secure optimal placement and promotion of books.
- Manage and maintain account budgets and forecasts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and sales initiatives.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Account Management, Or Related Field.
