  1. Collaborate with authors to produce high-quality audiobooks that accurately convey their stories and capture their unique voices.
  2. Use exceptional audio production skills and a keen ear for sound quality to ensure all audiobooks meet industry standards.
  3. Work closely with the production team to create a production plan and meet deadlines for multiple audiobook projects.
  4. Conduct thorough research and preparation for each project, including reviewing the manuscript and understanding the author's vision for the audiobook.
  5. Communicate effectively with authors, narrators, and other team members to ensure a smooth production process.
  6. Edit and mix audio recordings to create a polished final product that meets the company's high standards.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in audiobook production to continuously improve the quality of our audio content.
  8. Maintain accurate records of production schedules, expenses, and project status.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and publicity teams to promote and market our audiobooks effectively.
  10. Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with authors, narrators, and other industry professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Audio Production, Journalism, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Audio Production, Preferably Within The Publishing Industry.

  • Proficiency In Audio Editing Software Such As Pro Tools, Audacity, Or Garageband.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Meet Deadlines And Work Collaboratively With A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Liaise With Authors, Narrators, And Other Stakeholders.
