
Product Designer, Data & Analytics

- Design and develop innovative data and analytics products that enhance the reading experience for customers.
- Utilize strong understanding of data visualization and user-centered design principles to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop product concepts.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve and iterate on product designs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into product development.
- Translate complex data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics and charts.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Act as a champion for user experience and ensure that all products are intuitive and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling and visually appealing presentations and marketing materials.
- Use creative problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges and find solutions that meet both user and business needs.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of products and make recommendations for improvements or updates.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Penguin Random House, showcasing the company's values and commitment to innovation through design.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Design, Data Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Design, Data Analytics, Or A Related Role.
Strong Understanding Of Data And Analytics Tools And Techniques, Such As Sql, Python, And Tableau.
Demonstrated Experience In Designing And Implementing Data-Driven Products, Features, And Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
