Student Success Coordinator

Under the general supervision of the Director of Student Engagement and Success, the Student Success Coordinator collaborates with stakeholders to coordinate a range of initiatives that contribute to strengthening the writing, communication, and academic success of graduate students at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS). In conjunction with student writing tutors, facilitate a range of writing support services to students based on assessed needs and challenges. Collaborate with students, staff, faculty, and other School/University departments to coordinate and promote a variety of co-curricular initiatives. Conduct ongoing assessment to determine program effectiveness and if learning outcomes were achieved. Promote and uphold University mission through work performed.
