10. Communicate effectively with pet parents, providing education and guidance on animal care and behavior.
11. Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to animal care promptly and professionally.
12. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding animal care.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, serving as a role model for staff.
14. Lead by example in providing excellent care and treatment for all animals in the store.
