- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service surveys and feedback mechanisms.
- Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, maintaining a strong brand image.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Customer Service Or Operations Analysis.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Software, Such As Microsoft Excel Or Tableau.
