Job Description

  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance and maintain a positive and thriving workplace culture within the organization.
  2. Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
  3. Foster and promote a culture of employee engagement, ensuring that employees feel valued and supported in their roles.
  4. Collaborate with department managers to address any employee issues or concerns, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in human resources management, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  6. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their continued growth and development.
  7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  8. Manage and oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and meet the needs of employees.
  9. Conduct regular audits and assessments of HR processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
  10. Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic goals and initiatives related to human resources and employee development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 7 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Minimum Of 3 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Diverse Team Of Hr Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
