- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Stock and organize merchandise on shelves and displays
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are labeled accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of store shelves and displays
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with integrity and confidentiality
- Provide knowledgeable and helpful advice to customers regarding pet products and services
- Assist with the care and maintenance of store animals
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and pets
- Continuously learn about new products and services to effectively communicate with customers
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Attention To Detail: As A Stocker/Cashier, It Is Important To Have A Keen Eye For Detail In Order To Maintain Accurate Inventory Levels And Ensure Products Are Properly Stocked And Organized.
Cash Handling Experience: Candidates Should Have Experience Handling Cash Transactions And Be Comfortable With Basic Math Skills For Calculating Totals And Providing Change.
Physical Stamina: This Role May Require Standing For Long Periods Of Time And Lifting And Moving Heavy Objects, So Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Demands Of The Job.
