  1. Conduct research and experiments to support the development of innovative mRNA-LNP formulations for potential therapeutic use.
  2. Collaborate with a team of experienced scientists to design and optimize formulations that meet project goals and objectives.
  3. Utilize strong understanding of molecular biology and formulation development to contribute to the advancement of scientific research.
  4. Perform analytical techniques such as HPLC, gel electrophoresis, and spectrophotometry to analyze and characterize formulations.

  6. Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions to technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Stay up-to-date on current literature and advancements in the field of mRNA-LNP formulations.

  10. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic research environment.
  11. Contribute to the development of protocols and standard operating procedures for formulation development and analysis.
  12. Participate in project meetings and provide input and recommendations for project direction and strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Mrna-Lnp Formulation Development And Optimization.

  • Familiarity With Analytical Techniques Such As Hplc, Uv-Vis Spectroscopy, And Mass Spectrometry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Lipid-Based Nanoparticle Formulations And Their Characterization.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Research Environment.
