  1. Identify and secure new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Develop strategic plans to increase sales and achieve desired business objectives.
  3. Analyze industry trends and develop innovative strategies to capitalize on them.
  4. Negotiate and close deals with potential partners and clients.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
  6. Monitor competitor activity and adjust plans accordingly.
  7. Prepare and present reports on business development progress and metrics.
  8. Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute effective sales strategies.
  10. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
