  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns.

  3. Provide accurate and detailed information about Pfizer products and services.
  4. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve issues and escalate complex problems.
  5. Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  6. Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Customer Service Representative At Pfizer Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Colleagues.
