  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize key business processes within Pfizer.
  2. Identify areas for process improvement and lead the implementation of new and more efficient processes.
  3. Analyze existing processes and make recommendations for streamlining and improving efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify process gaps, and develop solutions.
  5. Monitor and track the effectiveness of process improvements, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.
  7. Communicate and present process improvement initiatives and results to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Business Process Analysis And Improvement, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Process Improvement Methodologies Such As Six Sigma, Lean, Or Agile.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams.
