  1. Develop and implement the overall clinical research strategy for Pfizer, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of clinical research professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams, to drive the development of new therapies and bring them to market.
  4. Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to clinical research, and use this knowledge to inform and improve Pfizer's clinical research strategy.
  5. Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of clinical trials, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  6. Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners to support the design and execution of clinical trials.
  7. Analyze and interpret clinical trial data to inform decision-making and provide recommendations for future research initiatives.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on the progress and results of clinical trials.
  9. Monitor and manage risks and issues related to clinical research, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to clinical research to ensure efficiency and quality.
  11. Represent Pfizer and its clinical research efforts at conferences, symposiums, and other industry events.
  12. Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to clinical research and patient safety.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Medicine, Pharmacy, Or Life Sciences.

  • At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Conducting Clinical Trials, Including Fda And Ich Guidelines.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Overseeing Multiple Clinical Trials Simultaneously, From Study Design To Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
