  1. Develop and implement AI-driven medical strategies for Pfizer's oncology portfolio.
  2. Lead and manage a team of medical affairs professionals in the oncology AI innovation space.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, commercial, and external partners, to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
  4. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technology and its potential applications in the oncology field.
  5. Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and medical experts to gain insights and support for AI initiatives.
  6. Work closely with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure all AI strategies and activities comply with industry regulations and guidelines.
  7. Drive the evaluation and selection of AI technologies and vendors to support medical decision making and patient care.
  8. Develop and maintain key performance indicators to measure the impact of AI initiatives on patient outcomes and business objectives.
  9. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on the integration of AI into Pfizer's oncology medical affairs.
  10. Serve as a representative for Pfizer's AI initiatives at conferences, advisory boards, and other external events.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the medical affairs team.
  12. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address any potential barriers to the successful implementation of AI strategies.
  13. Ensure timely and effective communication of key updates and developments related to AI initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
  14. Manage budget and resources effectively to support the execution of AI-driven medical strategies.
  15. Remain compliant with Pfizer's code of conduct, policies, and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Medicine Or A Related Field, Such As A Md Or Phd.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry, With A Focus On Oncology And Artificial Intelligence.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Drug Development Process And Regulatory Requirements For Oncology Products.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams In A Fast-Paced, Innovative Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ai Technology And Its Application In The Healthcare Industry, Specifically In The Field Of Oncology.
