  1. Oversee and manage the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing systems to ensure timely and quality production of life-saving medications.
  2. Lead the implementation and maintenance of manufacturing systems, including identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of manufacturing systems.
  4. Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
  5. Train and mentor team members on the proper use and maintenance of manufacturing systems.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in the manufacturing process.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers, to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing systems.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing systems to make recommendations for updates and improvements.
  9. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall operations and efficiency.
  10. Communicate regularly with management on the performance of manufacturing systems and any potential issues or roadblocks.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team to promote growth and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Manufacturing Technology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Gmp Regulations And Fda Guidelines For Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Complex Manufacturing Systems And Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
