Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Manufacturing Technology.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Gmp Regulations And Fda Guidelines For Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Complex Manufacturing Systems And Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
