  5. Conduct experiments and studies to understand the complexities of the human brain and its functions.
  6. Compile and present research findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the field of neuroscience.
  8. Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities with academic institutions and other organizations.
  9. Represent Pfizer at conferences and events related to neuroscience and healthcare.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and experts in the field.
  11. Stay updated with competitor activities and provide insights to senior management.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members on neuroscience health and science topics.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop educational materials and programs for healthcare professionals.
  14. Contribute to the development of scientific publications and presentations.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to neuroscience research and development.
  16. Act as a subject matter expert for all matters related to neuroscience health and science within the company.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree In Neuroscience: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Neuroscience Or A Related Field Is Required For This Position. A Ph.d. In Neuroscience Is Preferred.

  • Research Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Research Experience In The Field Of Neuroscience, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Drug Development: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Drug Development Process, Including Pre-Clinical And Clinical Research, Regulatory Requirements, And Fda Guidelines.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Draw Insights From It. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Ideas To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences. The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams Is Also Essential For This Role.
