- Develop and implement patient recruitment strategies for clinical trials to ensure timely enrollment and retention of participants.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential patient populations and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, marketing, and medical affairs, to align recruitment strategies with overall trial goals.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as social media, patient advocacy groups, and healthcare providers, to reach and engage potential participants.
- Monitor and track recruitment progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions to ensure recruitment goals are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patient advocacy groups and healthcare providers, to support recruitment efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in patient recruitment, and proactively incorporate new techniques into strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to trial sites and study teams on effective recruitment strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement patient-centric initiatives that enhance the overall patient experience in clinical trials.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent Pfizer at industry conferences and events to network and share expertise on patient recruitment.
- Act as a subject matter expert on patient recruitment, providing guidance and training to colleagues as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines related to patient recruitment in clinical trials.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Patient Recruitment, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes And Regulations.
