  1. Develop and implement patient recruitment strategies for clinical trials to ensure timely enrollment and retention of participants.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential patient populations and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, marketing, and medical affairs, to align recruitment strategies with overall trial goals.
  4. Utilize various recruitment channels, such as social media, patient advocacy groups, and healthcare providers, to reach and engage potential participants.
  5. Monitor and track recruitment progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions to ensure recruitment goals are met.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patient advocacy groups and healthcare providers, to support recruitment efforts.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in patient recruitment, and proactively incorporate new techniques into strategies.
  8. Provide guidance and support to trial sites and study teams on effective recruitment strategies and tactics.
  9. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement patient-centric initiatives that enhance the overall patient experience in clinical trials.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Represent Pfizer at industry conferences and events to network and share expertise on patient recruitment.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on patient recruitment, providing guidance and training to colleagues as needed.
  13. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines related to patient recruitment in clinical trials.

Job Qualifications
