- Manage and track patient recruitment metrics to ensure goals are met and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of recruitment plans.
- Develop creative and innovative recruitment tactics to engage with potential patients and raise awareness of clinical trials.
- Utilize various communication channels, such as social media, patient advocacy groups, and healthcare providers, to effectively reach target patient populations.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines related to patient recruitment in clinical trials.
- Coordinate with study teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding and retention throughout the duration of the trial.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on patient recruitment best practices and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Marketing, Public Relations, Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Patient Recruitment Or Related Role Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes And Regulations, Including Patient Recruitment Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders Both Internally And Externally.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Patient Recruitment Plans, With A Focus On Diversity And Inclusion.
