  1. Process and review payroll transactions, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and other adjustments.
  2. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
  3. Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to obtain necessary information for payroll processing.
  4. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and benefits.
  5. Maintain payroll records and employee data in a confidential and organized manner.
  6. Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure payroll data is accurate and complete.
  7. Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other stakeholders.
  8. Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and make necessary adjustments to processes and procedures.
  9. Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing and tax filings.
  10. Participate in payroll system upgrades and enhancements, testing and troubleshooting as needed.
  11. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy of payroll processing.
  12. Ensure timely and accurate processing of off-cycle payments, such as bonuses and commissions.
  13. Train and mentor new team members on payroll processes and procedures.
  14. Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet payroll processing timelines.
  15. Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues.
  16. Participate in special projects and assignments as needed.
  17. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll and employee information.
  18. Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
  19. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during payroll audits.
  20. Continuously monitor and improve payroll processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Payroll Processing And Administration.

  • Proficient In Using Payroll Software And Systems, Such As Adp Or Workday.

  • Excellent Attention To Detail And Accuracy In Data Entry And Calculations.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Payroll Regulations And Tax Laws.
