  1. Conduct pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic modeling and simulation to optimize drug dosing.
  2. Use quantitative methods to inform drug development decisions.
  3. Support regulatory submissions by providing pharmacometric expertise.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative treatments.
  5. Utilize modeling software such as NONMEM and R to analyze and interpret data.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in pharmacometrics.
  7. Communicate complex concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Perform data analysis and generate reports to support drug development.
  9. Conduct literature reviews and stay informed on relevant research.
  10. Work closely with clinical teams to design and execute pharmacometric studies.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and consultants as needed.
  12. Participate in meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all analyses and results.
  14. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and regulations, including those related to safety and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Pharmacometrics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or A Related Field

  • Extensive Experience With Pharmacokinetic And Pharmacodynamic Modeling And Simulation

  • Proficiency In Relevant Software And Programming Languages (E.g. Nonmem, R, Sas)

  • Strong Knowledge Of Drug Development Processes And Regulatory Requirements

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Cross-Functional Team Environment.
