QA Technical Specialist

The main responsibilities of this role are to review executed batch records for completeness and accuracy of the data. This includes return goods batch records and associated documents. Review LIMS system results record to ensure lot complies with product specification. The Specialist must assigned the proper status identification for the batches manufactured at the site such as Approved, Reject, Block, Reprocess / Rework, et and document in the computerized system (ERP-SAP/LIMS). The colleague is responsible to evaluate Events Reports, QAR’s, CAPA’s or CR’s as required to determine Quality resolution as needed to support the business. As part of the batch review, should review investigations. In cases, will be required to participate on M1 meetings for investigations. The colleague is responsible to assigned re-evaluation, retest and expiration dates to the materials and products. The colleague is responsible to during data review to identify recurring product problems and serious product defects and to alert Management of the situation in a timely manner. It is expected to recommend corrective action and technical solutions. Will participate in Site Self Assessments program.
