  1. Develop and implement quality compliance strategies and standards in line with Pfizer's mission and objectives.
  2. Ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements and comply with industry standards.
  3. Conduct thorough quality audits and inspections to identify any potential areas of improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventative actions to address any quality issues.
  5. Establish and maintain quality assurance procedures and processes to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
  6. Train and mentor team members on quality compliance and standards to build a culture of continuous improvement.
  7. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and develop action plans for improvement.
  8. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on quality compliance and standards.
  9. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards and ensure all processes and procedures are in line with them.
  10. Lead and participate in internal and external quality audits and inspections.
  11. Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and escalate to management as needed.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and other key stakeholders.
  13. Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans to ensure product quality and safety.
  14. Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports for management review.
  15. Provide guidance and support to other departments in implementing quality standards and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Scientific Or Related Field (E.g. Pharmacology, Chemistry, Biology)

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Compliance Or Regulatory Affairs Role Within The Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Global Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards (E.g. Fda, Ema, Ich)

  • Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams In Quality Compliance And Standards Projects
