  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the development and commercialization of rheumatological medicines.
  2. Lead and manage a team of medical professionals, providing guidance and support in their roles.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, marketing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and execution of medical strategies.
  4. Represent Pfizer and its products at key scientific conferences and meetings.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders in the rheumatology field.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the rheumatology market.
  7. Oversee clinical trials and studies, ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
  8. Analyze and interpret clinical trial data to inform decision-making and drive product development.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on rheumatology within the organization.
  10. Develop and execute educational programs for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree (Md Or Equivalent) With Specialization In Rheumatology

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Clinical Development, Including At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Rheumatology Therapeutic Area, With A Strong Understanding Of Disease Mechanisms And Current Treatment Landscape

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Design And Execution Of Clinical Trials, Including Phase 2 And 3 Studies

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Key Opinion Leaders In Rheumatology Field.
