  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and validate potential drug targets.
  4. Contribute to the discovery and development of novel medicines through the application of Flow NMR techniques.
  5. Mentor and train junior team members on Flow NMR techniques and best practices.
  6. Stay updated on the latest advancements in Flow NMR and other relevant technologies to continuously improve processes and methods.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records of experiments and results.
  8. Present findings and data in team meetings, conferences, and other scientific forums.
  9. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to optimize Flow NMR processes and techniques.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while handling hazardous materials.
  11. Contribute to the writing and review of scientific publications and patents.
  12. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges in Flow NMR experiments and propose solutions.
  13. Support the development and implementation of new laboratory protocols and procedures.
  14. Assist in the procurement and maintenance of necessary equipment and supplies.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert in Flow NMR for the company and participate in conferences and workshops to represent Pfizer.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Chemistry Or Related Field: A Senior Scientist - Flow Nmr At Pfizer Should Possess A Ph.d. In Chemistry Or A Related Field, With A Strong Background In Nmr Spectroscopy.

  • Extensive Experience In Flow Nmr: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Flow Nmr Techniques, Including Method Development And Troubleshooting.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Senior Scientist Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Nmr Theory And Be Able To Analyze And Interpret Complex Nmr Data.

  • Publication Record: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Strong Publication Record In The Field Of Nmr, Demonstrating Expertise And Contributions To The Field.
