  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize contingent workforce operations and support business goals.
  • Oversee the entire contingent workforce program, including vendor management, contract negotiations, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective operations across all departments and locations.
  • Manage complex projects related to contingent workforce management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contingent workforce management and use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors and maintain strong relationships to ensure high-quality services and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor a team of contingent workforce professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of the contingent workforce program.
  • Communicate program updates and changes to relevant stakeholders, including senior management, HR, and department heads.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to contingent workforce management.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on contingent workforce management, providing guidance and training to internal teams as needed.

Job Qualifications
