Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Contingent Workforce Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws And Regulations Related To Contingent Workforce, Including But Not Limited To Independent Contractor Classification, Visa Requirements, And Payroll Compliance.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Strategies For Optimizing Contingent Workforce Utilization, Reducing Costs, And Ensuring Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Or Relevant Certifications (Such As Certified Contingent Workforce Professional) Preferred.
