1. Develop and implement a comprehensive insight strategy that aligns with Pfizer's overall business objectives and drives growth and innovation.
2. Lead and manage a team of insights professionals to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to various departments and stakeholders within the organization.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, research and development, and finance, to identify and prioritize key business questions and develop research plans to address them.

8. Monitor and track the implementation and impact of insights-driven initiatives to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
9. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous learning within the organization.
