
Corporate Planning - Instructional Designer Internship
We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join the Corporate Planning team at Philadelphia Gas Works as an Instructional Designer Intern. This role will provide great opportunities to gain hands-on experience in the field of instructional design, which includes developing course content, designing learning materials, and delivering training. As an Intern, you will be given the support to develop valuable skills, gain a better understanding of instructional design, and contribute to the development of high-quality learning solutions.The ideal candidate should be a recent college graduate or a student in the process of completing their degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively. Additionally, the successful candidate should be comfortable working with various tools and technologies, and have a strong interest in learning and development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop course content and instructional materials according to the needs of Corporate Planning team.
- Deliver training to corporate staff and other stakeholders.
- Utilize various tools and technologies to create high-quality learning solutions.
- Maintain excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and streamline educational processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Remain up to date on instructional design trends and technologies.
- Perform research and analyze data to inform instructional design decisions.
- Assist with the development of instructional materials and other related tasks.
