  1. Develop and implement information security strategies and policies for the region to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability tests to identify potential security threats and develop mitigation plans.
  3. Monitor and analyze security incidents, investigate and respond to any security breaches or incidents.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all business processes and systems.
  5. Collaborate with global information security teams to ensure consistency and alignment of regional strategies.
  6. Provide training and guidance to employees on security best practices and conduct awareness programs to promote a security-conscious culture.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve the company's security posture.
  8. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external security partners and vendors to enhance the company's security capabilities.
  10. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the overall security posture and make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Lead incident response and crisis management efforts during security incidents.
  12. Maintain and manage security budgets for the region.
  13. Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and auditors to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  14. Mentor and coach junior members of the information security team.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the company's security processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Information Security, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Information Security And Risk Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of International Information Security Standards, Regulations, And Best Practices, Such As Iso 27001, Gdpr, And Nist.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Experience In Designing And Implementing Information Security Strategies, Policies, And Procedures To Protect Against Cyber Threats And Data Breaches.
