Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
  2. Monitor and analyze product performance and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  3. Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and regulatory compliance.
  4. Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure product development meets customer expectations.
  5. Develop and deliver product training to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Provide product support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
  7. Monitor and adhere to applicable medical device regulations and quality systems.
  8. Research and analyze market trends to identify potential growth opportunities.
  9. Prepare and present product reviews and analysis to management.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitors.
