  7. Stay updated on industry developments, advancements in technology, and emerging healthcare trends to inform innovation strategies.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and subject matter experts in the healthcare industry.
  9. Manage the budget and resources for clinical innovation projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  10. Present innovation proposals, progress updates, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  11. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all aspects of clinical innovation.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the clinical innovation team.
  13. Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and partnerships with external organizations to enhance innovation efforts.
  14. Contribute to the development and protection of intellectual property related to clinical innovation.
  15. Act as a spokesperson and advocate for the company's clinical innovation efforts at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: The Director Of Clinical Innovation At Philips Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Field Such As Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, Or Nursing. This Advanced Education Will Provide The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Lead Innovative Clinical Projects.
