- Cultivate and maintain relationships with KOLs to secure their support and advocacy for our brand and products.
- Identify and prioritize influential KOLs within the healthcare industry to target for partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage KOL relationships for marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in the KOL landscape to proactively adjust engagement strategy.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all KOL communications and manage all related correspondence.
- Plan and execute events and programs to engage and educate KOLs on our brand and products.
- Monitor and report on the impact and effectiveness of KOL engagement activities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with KOLs to build long-term partnerships.
- Act as a brand ambassador and promote the company's values and mission to KOLs and the wider healthcare community.
Strong Leadership Skills: As The Head Of Key Opinion Leader Engagement At Philips, It Is Essential To Have Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive The Overall Strategy For Engaging With Key Opinion Leaders.
Extensive Industry Knowledge: This Role Requires A Thorough Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Current Trends, Regulatory Requirements, And Key Players In The Market. A Deep Understanding Of The Technology And Innovation Landscape Is Also Crucial.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Head Of Key Opinion Leader Engagement Must Have Exceptional Communication Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Opinion Leaders, Internal Stakeholders, And External Partners. They Must Also Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To A Variety Of Audiences.
